thousands of girls and young women since its inception, GEMS has garnered national

Drawing upon our expertise, GEMS provides technical assistance and consulting to organizations who are currently or plan to provide services to victims of commercial sexual exploitation and domestic trafficking. Recent clients have included The New York State Office of Children and Family Services, The Jewish Child Care Association and The GIFT Network funded by the Massachusetts Department of Social Services.
GEMS technical assistance services help build the capacity of organizations and institutions to provide specialized services to commercially sexually exploited girls and young women. Technical assistance is carefully customized to meet the needs of the organization and is led by GEMS Founder/Executive Director Rachel Lloyd who brings ten years of experience in creating and sustaining successful programming for commercially sexually exploited girls and young women.
With years of experience in training thousands of direct service providers, law enforcement, child advocates and legal professionals, GEMS trainings and workshops are proven to change perceptions, enhance knowledge and develop the skills of the participants.
